200 g Cheddar cheese
chopped or coarsely grated cheddar cheese

Steps
Beat eggs until smooth. Add half serving of shredded cheddar cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking. |
Melt the butter in a hot skillet and pour the egg mixture into it. Wait a few minutes for the omelet to thicken. |
Reduce heat and continue to fry the omelet until almost cooked. Add the rest of the sliced cheese to it. Then fold the omelet in half and serve immediately. |
