Is there cheese, eggs and butter in the fridge? Then you can make a delicious cheesy omelette for breakfast, lunch or dinner in no time. And this hearty keto dish will never disappoint you!

Ingredients

  • 75 g Butter

  • 6 pcs Egg

  • 200 g Cheddar cheese

    chopped or coarsely grated cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper

Steps

Beat eggs until smooth. Add half serving of shredded cheddar cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.

Melt the butter in a hot skillet and pour the egg mixture into it. Wait a few minutes for the omelet to thicken.

Reduce heat and continue to fry the omelet until almost cooked. Add the rest of the sliced ​​cheese to it. Then fold the omelet in half and serve immediately.
